For the Fall 2021 architecture design studio we were tasked with redesigning the Boulder Municipal Airport. The city is currently discussing the future of the property, and for this studio we focused on increasing the civic benefit that the airport can provide for Boulder. The project included a conceptual investigation on the spirit of flight, site analysis done with a partner, and a final design proposal including a physical model.
